We LOVE when things we purchase arrive super quick so we process orders within 24-48 hours to provide you that same speediness! We ship during business hours, excluding holidays.

 

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you so you may track your parcel.

 

IN-STORE PICKUP

 

Live in Enid, OK or plan to visit Enid, OK and want to do a little online shopping with us? YAY! Choose the In-Store Pickup option to get your items and we will have them ready for you to pick up at your convenience.

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

 

To help ensure a safe arrival without the risk of theft, please ship your package to a secure location. Once a package has been scanned or delivered, theft is outside of our control.

 

Please double check your shipping information before submitting your order to help ensure a package not arriving due to incorrect shipping information.

 

We are unable to offer a refund for stolen or lost packages.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGES

 

We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that some things just don’t work out as planned. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it to us for exchange or store credit within 14 days of the date you received your order. 

Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for exchange or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. 

If an item is sent back AFTER 14 days of being delivered, it will not be accepted for exchange/store credit.
